Alkaline Electric

Sauteed Veggie

Fritters

Ingredients:

​

2 cup Garbanzo Flour

1/4 cup Kale (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup Mushrooms

1/4 cup Onions

1 Roma Tomatoes Chopped

1/4 cup assorted peppers (optional)

1 Cup Spring Water

1 tbs Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tbs Basil

1/2 tbs Oregano

1/2 tbs Dill

1/8 Cayenne

Grape Seed Oil

Directions:

Pour Grape Seed Oil into pan. Let heat on Med/High. Pour in Kale, Mushrooms, Onions, and Peppers (optional). Saute until onions become translucent. Add Roma Tomatoes. Let cook about 1 minute.

Pour Garbanzo Flour into mixing bowl. Mix in seasonings: Onion Powder, Sea Salt, Basil, Dill, Oregano, and Cayenne. Add water and stir until you have a liquid consistency. Pour sauteed vegetables into bowl. Fold them into mixture.

Add more Grape Seed Oil into pan. Let heat on Med. Spoon out fritter mix into pan. Let cook on one side until golden brown, about two minutes on each side twice.

Optional:  Place Fritter on Alkaline Electric Bun, Flat Bread, or Sour Dough Spelt Bread. Add Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Avacado, and Alkaline Electric Ranch Dressing.
