1 cup Teff, Garbanzo or Spelt flour
(or a mixture of two of them)
1/2 - 3/4 cups Hemp Seed Milk
1/4 cup Crushed Walnuts (optional)
1/4 cup Blueberries (optional)
1 tbs Grape Seed Oil
1/8 tsp Clove (optional)
Pour 1 cup flour into mixing bowl. Mix in hemp seed and clove. Slowly stir in Hemp Seed Milk. More milk for thinner, less for thicker pancakes. Add Grape Seed Oil. Fold in Crushed Walnuts and/or Blueberries.
Heat skillet on medium low. Add Grape Seed Oil. Allow to warm. When ready, pour in batter. Cook on each side until golden brown. Flip again. Lower heat as needed.
Plate, pour Agave on top and any other fruit you wish.
